What We Collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you submit an event suggestion or contact us, we collect your email and message content. That's it.

What We Don't Collect

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use Google Analytics. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with third parties. We do not build user profiles. We do not track your browsing behavior within the site.

The only cookie set by this site is googtrans, a strictly functional cookie used by the Google Translate widget to remember your language preference. It contains no personal data and is exempt from consent requirements under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

Analytics

We use Vercel's built-in analytics, which collects aggregated, anonymized page view data. No personal information is collected. No cookies are set. This is compliant with GDPR without requiring a cookie consent banner.

Third-Party Services

Email subscriptions and contact forms are processed through FormSubmit.co. Payments for readings and consultations are processed through Stripe. Both services have their own privacy policies. We do not store payment information.

The Cosmic Making reading engine accepts birth data (date, time, location, name) to generate personalized readings. Chart calculations are performed entirely in your browser. If you purchase a full reading, your chart data is sent to our server to generate the AI-powered reading via Anthropic's Claude API, then discarded — it is not stored, logged, or used for any other purpose. The Google Translate widget is loaded from Google's servers and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your email from our records at any time by contacting contact.cosmosdaily@gmail.com. We will comply within 48 hours.
