No Predictions

Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a prediction of future events. The "What's Happening Now" section presents active celestial transits and their historical parallels. These are pattern-based observations, not forecasts.

Intellectual Property

All original text, analysis, cosmic link descriptions, and editorial content on Cosmos Daily is the property of Cosmos Daily. Images are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons or public domain licenses. You may share excerpts with attribution.

User Submissions

By submitting an event suggestion, you grant Cosmos Daily permission to use, edit, and publish the submission. We will credit contributors where appropriate.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They support the ongoing research, hosting, and development of the archive. Donors receive no special access or privileges — the archive remains free for everyone.

Paid Readings & Refunds

Paid readings — including the natal reading, transit forecast, career reading, Bazi reading, Bazi forecast, Consult the Athanor, and any future paid offerings — are personalised, AI-generated interpretations of your chart data through one or more of the six esoteric systems we work with. They are intended for personal reflection, study, and contemplation. They are not professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise — and should not be used as a substitute for it.

If a reading fails to compute, fails to deliver, or contains a clear technical error (a broken stream, a missing section, garbled output), we will refund you in full. Email hello@cosmosdaily.co within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a brief description of the issue, and we will process the refund through Stripe.

Our readings and consultations decline certain terrain by design — medical decisions, legal cases, self-harm, predictions of death, surveillance of other people, and guidance that would facilitate harm or illegal acts. If a consultation declines to answer all of your questions on these grounds, we will refund it in full on request through the same email above.

Because readings are interpretive by nature, we do not offer refunds based on disagreement with the content, the tone, the symbolic framing, or the perceived accuracy of a reading. Astrology, Bazi, Sabian symbols, and the other systems we draw from are interpretive traditions — what resonates and what does not is, in the end, a matter for the reader to sit with.

By purchasing a reading you acknowledge that the reading is digital content delivered immediately upon payment, and you expressly consent to that immediate delivery. Where applicable under EU or UK consumer law, you understand that this waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once the reading has been generated and delivered.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Chargeback disputes are handled through Stripe's standard dispute process.

The Membership

The Cosmos Daily Membership is a recurring subscription. It is offered monthly at $19 per month, or annually at $89 per year. A founding annual rate of $59 per year is available to the first 100 members until 9 September 2026; that rate is held for as long as the membership remains continuously subscribed, and ends if the subscription lapses or is cancelled. All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually as chosen, and your payment method is charged the then-current rate for your plan until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the member billing page linked in every membership email, or by emailing hello@cosmosdaily.co. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends.

What the membership includes. A weekly forecast computed from your birth details, readings of significant sky events as they approach your chart, one included reading per month from the catalogue up to $19 in value, and 25% off readings priced above that. The included reading does not carry over between months. On the monthly plan the first included reading becomes available on day 30; on the annual and founding plans it is available immediately. Forecasts require birth details; without them we can still send you the membership emails, but they cannot be personalised.

Thirty day guarantee. If you are not happy with the membership within 30 days of your first payment, email hello@cosmosdaily.co and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to your first payment on a new membership, not to subsequent renewals. Renewal charges are refundable only where a renewal was taken in error or a technical failure prevented delivery.

Digital content and withdrawal rights. Membership emails and included readings are digital content delivered during the subscription period. Where EU or UK consumer law applies, you consent to delivery beginning immediately and understand that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content already delivered. The 30 day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and is more generous than that statutory period.

Changes and endings. We may change membership pricing or what the membership includes, and will give at least 30 days notice by email before any change affects your renewals. If a change is not acceptable to you, cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged the new rate. We may end a membership, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period, if it is used in a way that breaches these terms or if we discontinue the membership entirely. Payments and disputes are handled through Stripe.

Limitation of Liability

Cosmos Daily is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy of astrological interpretations. Historical and astronomical data is verified to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for errors or omissions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
