Pluto completes one orbit of the Sun in 247.94 Earth years — almost three human lifetimes. As a frequency, that is approximately 0.000000000128 Hz. Doubling 40 times yields 140.25 Hz, sitting in the deep low-mid range, close to Mercury's 141.27 Hz. The cluster of inner planetary Cousto tones (Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Pluto, all between 140 and 148 Hz) reflects the arithmetic accident that these very different orbital periods happen to fall in the same octave-reduction band.
